eyebase - Digital Asset Management Specialists since 1997
eyebase and our work on digital asset management systems has been around since 1997, when an international group of art galleries approached us to program a database to sell and manage art objects.
The program was a great success and soon we became the market leader among museums and archives. In the Internet age, the advertising industry also became aware of Digital Asset Management. Since 2006 we focus on programming and integration of eyebase in different industries and project sizes.
As your partner, we are characterized by two things in particular, which lie in our history:
First, we have been involved in over 400 successful DAM projects so far and therefore have a very large wealth of experience.
Secondly, we maintain a corporate culture in which customers and employees come first. As a result, our core staff has been with our company for decades and we have very long-standing customer relationships.

Wolfgang Kaufmann
CEO, Founder
Studied commercial science (WU Vienna), 2 years stay in USA, 1 year in Italy. Wolfgang founded the company during his studies and is now managing director and product manager of eyebase. In his free time he spends a lot of time with sports, outdoor activities, traveling and his two children.
Michael Gallo
CTO
Michael has been with the company since 1998 and is the intellectual force behind eyebase. Databases and the internet accompanied his studies and his professional life. As CTO he is responsible for future-oriented functionalities and customer-oriented implementations of our projects. In his spare time Michael is an enthusiastic skier, mountain biker and outdoor sportsman.
Frank Dechmann
Co-Founder / Project Management
Managing Director of the eyebase development partner CMB Informationslogistik since 1995. Frank always enjoys challenging eyebase projects to solve them as a project manager with many years of experience. In his private life Frank spends a lot of time with his family, is sporty and likes to travel.
Peter Nosbers
Key Account Manager, Project Management
Studied German and Linguistics in Bonn, Graz and Vienna, Post Graduate in Archival Sciences. Peter has been with the company since 2004 and is responsible for project management, customer support, integration and documentation. Peter spends his free time with his family and the beautiful things in culture and nature.
Chiara Kaufmann
Sales and Marketing Assistant
Chiara has already joined the eyebase team in 2019 and is studying international business bilingual on the side. When the schedule allows it, she likes to pursue her passion for traveling and kitesurfing.
DI Andreas Zandome
Project Monitoring and Support
Andreas is a mechanical engineer with a degree from TU Vienna. In the past, he worked as a software developer and project manager in Switzerland and USA. Today he accompanies eyebase projects, assists customers in support and works on the creation of technical documentation.
Dr. Hans Bachmann
Market Strategy
Hans is a marketing expert, worked among others as brand developer for Ferrero or Henkel, later as creative director in international advertising agencies. Today he passes on his knowledge as a teacher and is responsible for market strategy and coordination of off-shore developments at eyebase and acts as our DSGVO representative. In his spare time, Hans flies the skies as a pilot with private jets, likes to read and travel.
Anubh Mittal
Mobile Technology
After his university degree (SW Engineer) Anubh worked as a developer for several companies and is Head of Mobile Technology at IOSD (Internat. Org. of Software Developer). At eyebase he is responsible for the mobile app strategy and leads our developers in this area.
Elena Gallo
Accounting, Back Office
Lena comes from Dnipro / Ukraine, graduated from the technical-economic faculty there and worked in an international trading company for metal goods. Since 2002 she lives in Austria and since 2005 she is responsible for accounting and digitalization of media in our company. She loves music, dance and sports, especially swimming and Pilates.
Nina Dechmann
Assistance and Software Testing
Nina joined the eyebase team in 2008. She provides support in many areas and has a special talent for finding bugs in our new developments. When family time allows, Nina enjoys fencing, which she used to do as a competitive athlete.
